Pacific Northwest Retina was known as Proliance Retina until changing its name in September 2021 when it returned to its position as an independent retina medicine and surgery practice, according to its website. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the announcement said. As the premier retina specialist in the Northwest, the practice provides medical and surgical treatments of retina, macula and vitreous conditions, according to RCA’s announcement on Wednesday. PNR is the 18th practice to join RCA and has a state-of-the-art surgery center in Bellevue, Wash.
